Michael Bell, Stephen Kaufman, Patrick Enright, Douglas Bryant

Thermo Fisher Scientific has named Michael Bell and Stephen Kaufman to the company’s board. Bell is one of the managing directors of Monitor Clipper Partners, and Kaufman is a senior lecturer of business administration at the Harvard Business School.

Patrick Enright has resigned from the board of directors of Sequenom, the company revealed in a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission last week.

Luminex announced this week that Douglas Bryant has joined the firm as executive vice president and COO. Bryant joined the firm from Abbott, where he most recently served as vice president of Abbott Vascular, Asia and Japan. He previously served as vice president of global commercial operations of Abbott Diagnostics and Abbott Molecular.
