Metabolon Acquires Cogenics Icoria’s Issued and Pending Metabolomics IP | GenomeWeb
NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) ― Metabolon said yesterday it has acquired metabolomics-related intellectual property from Cogenics Icoria, a Clinical Data subsidiary, for an undisclosed sum.
 
Research Triangle Park, NC-based Metabolon said it now possesses all of the metabolomics-related IP that Cogenics Icoria previously owned.
 
Clinical Data acquired Cogenics Icoria in 2005.
