Merck Licenses Celera Databases

NEW YORK, July 9-Merck has licensed Celera's mouse and human genome databases, the pharmaceutical company said today.

 

The companies did not disclose the financial details of the agreement.

 

Merck will use the seuqence data and tools in drug discovery and molecular profiling work.
