Lion, DeltaSoft Sign Cheminformatics Co-Marketing Agreement

NEW YORK, Nov. 4 (GenomeWeb News) - Lion Biosciences and DeltaSoft have entered a co-marketing agreement for DeltaSoft's cheminformatics software products and professional services, the companies said today.

Under the terms of the agreement, Lion will distribute DeltaSoft's ChemCart, Cristal, and DeltaBook cheminformatics products worldwide, along with DeltaSoft's professional services.

The two companies said they would also co-develop new informatics solutions to integrate public and proprietary chemical and biological data.

Lion also has cheminformatics partnerships with MDL, Accelrys, Daylight, and Exographics.
