NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – Life sciences tools company LifeSensors has made Nacalai USA, a subsidiary of the Japanese company Nacalai Tesque, its distributor for four Asian countries.

Nacalai will distribute and service LifeSensors' Ubiquitin Proteasome Pathway research tools and its recombinant protein expression technologies in Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and Taiwan, Nacalai said today.

Financial and other terms of the deal were not disclosed.
