NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – Life Technologies is in the process of adding 50 new jobs to its facilities in Frederick, Md., the firm confirmed on Monday.

The new jobs will be added across a variety of functions including research and development, manufacturing, custom services, IT, and distribution, a company spokesperson told GenomeWeb Daily News via e-mail. They will build on the existing workforce of 250 employees currently at the site.
