NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) — Kyoto Prefectural University has licensed Ariadne’s Pathway Studio Enterprise software, Ariadne said today.
Kozo Kawahara, president of Ariadne’s Japanese distributor World Fusion, said Kyoto University chose the software because it offers daily updates from the PubMed database as well as gene set enrichment analysis for identifying pathways affected by experiments.
Financial terms of the agreement were not released.
