Kurabo Industries to Distribute Strand Genomics Software in Japan

NEW YORK, June 22 (GenomeWeb News) - Kurabo Industries will distribute Strand Genomics' microarray analysis software in Japan, Strand said today.

 

Under the non-exclusive agreement, Kurabo, of Osaka, Japan, will resell Strand's Avadis microarray data analysis and visualization software in Japan. Last week, Bangalore, India-based Strand said that it signed up Hitachi Software Engineering as another distributor of Avadis in Japan.

 

Kurabo Bio-Medical, a department of Kurabo Industries, provides DNA microarray custom analysis services and develops automated nucleic acid isolation systems, cell culture, and filter products.
