Jubilant Biosys and OmniViz Make Pathway Products Compatible

NEW YORK, Aug. 3 (GenomeWeb News) - Jubilant Biosys and OmniViz announced a collaboration today to make Jubilant's content compatible with the OmniViz Pathway Enterprise



Seattle-based OmniViz makes OPE, and enterprise software that allows users to display, draw and analyze pathways. Jubilant, of Bangalore, India, produces PathArt, a database of manually curated pathways.


"OPE is designed so that data from all relevant sources can be loaded.  Adding the Jubilant Biosys PathArt content to the list is part of our continuing effort to make all the sources important to our customers available," Jeffrey Saffer, President of OmniViz, said in a statement.
