Jim Greaves, Robert Wayman, Leroy Hood

ITI Life Sciences has appointed Jim Greaves to the post of director of marketing and communications, ITI said this week.
 
Greaves arrives at ITI from CXR Biosciences, where he served as director of business development.
 
Greaves formerly was director of European marketing for Invitrogen.
 

 
Robert Wayman, former executive vice president and CFO of Hewlett-Packard, has been elected to the board of directors of Affymetrix.
 

 
Leroy Hood has joined the board of directors at NimbleGen Systems, the company said this week. Hood also will take over the chair on the company’s scientific advisory board.
 
Hood is co-founder and president of the Institute for Systems Biology.
