Japan s NITE to Use Fujitsu Servers for Genomic Analysis

NEW YORK, Dec. 22 (GenomeWeb News) - Fujitsu said yesterday that it has delivered "an advanced genomic analysis system" based on its PrimePower servers to Japan's National Institute of Technology and Evaluation.

 

NITE will use the system, which is based on the PrimePower 650 and PrimePower 450 servers, to analyze DNA sequences for industrial microorganisms, Fujitsu said.

 

Financial terms of the agreement were not provided.
