IO Informatics, Partek Renew Software-Integration Agreement

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) — IO Informatics and Partek have renewed a partnership to provide integrated data-management and -analysis software to clients, IO Informatics said yesterday.
 
The agreement renews a 2005 partnership that integrated the Partek Genomics Suite of statistical-analysis and -visualization software with IO’s Sentient Suite of data integration tools for translational medicine and biomarker research.  
  
Under the integration, IO customers will be able to open Sentient within Partek’s Genomics Suite and perform analysis and move results between the two platforms.
