IDT's West Coast Oligo Production Center ISO-certified

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) - Integrated DNA Technologies today said its oligonucleotide production center in San Diego has received ISO 9001:2000 certification from the International Organization for Standardization.

IDT said the ISO certification of its West Coast oligonucleotide production center, which opened in January, completes the certification process for all of its production facilities in the United States. The company said it hopes next to gain certification for an RNA facility in Belgium that it recently acquired.

The company received ISO certification for its main production facility in Coralville, Iowa, in September 2005.
