IDT Signs Three-Year Oligo Contract with RCUK

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – Integrated DNA Technologies said today that it will supply the Research Councils UK with synthetic oligonucleotides under a three-year contract.

Financial and other terms of the deal were not disclosed.

RCUK coordinates the UK's seven research councils, "enhancing the overall impact and effectiveness of the research they fund," IGT said in a statement. Its "expert production technologies will aid RCUK in delivering on the UK government's objectives for science and innovation," it added.

Based in Coralville, Iowa, IDT is the US' largest supplier of custom nucleic acids.
