IDT Completes Acquisition of Oligo Supplier Synthegen

NEW YORK, Feb. 1 (GenomeWeb News) - Integrated DNA Technologies has wrapped up its acquisition of Synthegen, a Houston-based custom oligonucleotide supplier, IDT said today.

 

The deal follows IDT's recent purchase of GenBase and the opening of the company's first satellite production center.

 

Financial details were not provided.
