IBM and SAS Sign Co-marketing Agreement

NEW YORK, June 24 - IBM and SAS have signed a three-year agreement to combine their product offerings in the life sciences technology arena, the companies said today.


The collaboration involves the combination and joint marketing of SAS customer relationship management, supplier relationship management, and IT resource management resources with IBM services North America.


This agreement builds on an initial strategic alliance the companies developed in August 2001 for the financial services and telecommunications industries, the companies said.
