Health Discovery Sells AIDS Biomarker Signature to U. Miami

NEW YORK, Nov. 16 (GenomeWeb News) - University of Miami has acquired the AIDS biomarker signature recently discovered by Health Discovery, the company said today.

 

The University will pay Health Discovery an unspecified amount as an upfront cash payment and continuing royalty payments for any future commercial sales related to the biomarkers.

 

Health Discovery discovered the biomarker signature using its patented fractal genomic modeling technology.

 

Other financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
