Groton Biosystems Relocates; Expands Sales Force to Europe and Asia

NEW YORK, March 15 (GenomeWeb News) - Groton Biosystems has relocated its corporate headquarters and manufacturing to Boxborough, Mass., from Acton, Mass., the company said recently.


Groton also said it has expanded its worldwide sales distribution into Europe and Asia. Specifically, the company will be represented by Analytical Technologies in the UK; System C Industrie in France; IKS in The Netherlands and Belgium; KWM in Germany; and YSI Japan in Japan.


Groton will offer its full line of products and services through these distributors, it said. Its products include on-line protein process analyzers, bioreactor sampling systems, capillary electrophoresis systems, and HPLC and CE detectors; services include contract methods development, cell-culture analysis, and compliance validation, Groton said.
