Genomics One Completes $50K Private Placement

NEW YORK, Jan. 10 (GenomeWeb News) - Genomics One completed its private placement of common stock valued at $50,000, the company said yesterday.


The company issued 454,545 common shares at $0.11 per share to a private investor. The issued shares have been conditionally approved by the Candadian Venture Exchange and are subject to a four-month hold period.
