Genomatix Licenses Software to Pfizer Japan, Ono Pharma

NEW YORK, Aug. 17 (GenomeWeb News) - Genomatix has licensed its software analysis tools and database , GenomatixSuite, to Pfizer in Japan and Ono Pharmaceuticals, the company said today.


The tools in GenomatixSuite are designed for analysis of gene regulatory networks and pathways, and also include a database of mammalian promoter DNA sequences. The company said the software is used by 17,000 reserachers around the world.
