Genomatix Expands NCI Software Licensing Agreement

NEW YORK, May 31 (GenomeWeb News) - Genomatix has expanded its existing licensing agreement with the National Cancer Institute, allowing NCI scientists more seats and full access to its BiblioSphere PathwayEdition pathway knowledge base and analysis software.

 

Specific terms of the deal were not disclosed.

 

BiblioSphere PathwayEdition allows dynamic data-driven pathway construction and analysis based on literature, the Genomatix Knowledge Base Ontology, and sequence analysis, Genomatix said.
