... As GeneOhm Closes $3.8M Third Tranch of Series C Private-Equity Round

NEW YORK, May 24 (GenomeWeb News) - GeneOhm Sciences has closed $3.8 million in the third tranch of a Series C round of private equity financing, the company said today.

 

second tranch for $14 million was closed in January and a $12 million first tranch late last year when it  merged with Infectio Diagnostic. The total Series C round is for $30.2 million, according to spokesperson Jean-Claude Kyrillos.
