GeneGo Licenses Software to Dutch Research Organization for Nutrigenomics

NEW YORK, Jan. 3 (GenomeWeb News) - GeneGo has licensed its MetaCore data analysis software to TNO, a Dutch research and technology organization, GeneGo said today.


TNO's nutritional division plans to use the software both internally and as part of a research consortium, NuGO, that involves 21 European universities. This is the first non-pharmaceutical application of MetaCore, according to GeneGo.


MetaCore includes a database of human metabolism and signaling, network analysis software, and a toolkit for visualizing and managing high-throughput data.
