GeneGo Licenses Pathway Analysis Tools to RNAi

NEW YORK, Jan. 24 (GenomeWeb News) - GeneGo has licensed its pathway analysis database and software to RNAi of Japan, the St. Joseph, Mich.-based company said today. The two companies also plan to collaborate to integrate RNA interference with GeneGo's technology.

RNAi, GeneGo's first Japanese customer, plans to use GeneGo's MetaCore platform in its RNA interference-based drug discovery research.

MetaCore, which includes a pathway database, allows researchers to analyze different types of experimental data and visualize tissue-specific networks.
