GeneGo Integrates Accelrys Software into ADME/Tox Product

NEW YORK, June 6 (GenomeWeb News) - GeneGo has integrated Accelrys' Accord chemistry engine with its MetaDrug ADME/Tox and medicinal chemistry platform, the St. Joseph, Mich.-based company said today.

 

MetaDrug contains pathways and networks for human proteins related to ADME/Tox. It allows researchers to predict metabolites and import microarray, proteomics, and metabolomics data.

 

Accelrys' Accord technology will now enable researchers to visualize molecules and search databases within MetaDrug.
