Genedata to Analyze Fermentation Data for Kluyver Center

NEW YORK, June 15 (GenomeWeb News) - Genedata will analyze molecular data on fermentation in yeast, fungi, and lactic acid bacteria in a collaboration with the Netherlands-based Kluyver Center, the company said today.


The Swiss bioinformatics company will use its Phylosopher and Expressionist platforms to analyze data from gene-expression, proteomic, and metabolomic studies, the statement said.


Financial details were not disclosed.
