Gene Logic Creates Subsidiary in the UK to Promote Business in Europe

NEW YORK, March 10 (GenomeWeb News) - Gene Logic has established a wholly-owned subsidiary of the same name in the UK, the company said today.

 

Starting this month, the new operation will help facilitate sales, marketing, and customer support in Europe. It has already hired an executive director for business development and will add additional personnel over the coming months.

 

Several European pharmaceutical companies are customers of Gene Logic, which is based in Gaithersburg, Md. "This new Gene Logic initiative enables us to forge a closer working relationship with this portion of our international customer base," said Gene Logic chairman and CEO Mark Gessler in a statement.
