FGT Provides Genetic Banking Services to Multiple Myeloma Research Consortium

NEW YORK, Aug. 18 (GenomeWeb News) - The Multiple Myeloma Research Consortium said today that it has selected First Genetic Trust to provide it with a comprehensive information technology infrastructure to manage MMRC's tissue and data banking.

 

Under the agreement, FGT will provide its web-based enTrust genetic banking system for MMRC to create a central repository of well-phenotyped myeloma tissue and relevant biological samples contributed by member institutions, MMRC said.

 

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
