FDA to Integrate IMMD s KeyMolnet with ArrayTrack to Review Data

NEW YORK, Nov. 21 (GenomeWeb News) - The US Food and Drug Administration will integrate its ArrayTrack tool with KeyMolnet, the Institute of Medicinal Molecular Design said Friday.

Integrating ArrayTrack and KeyMolnet allows FDA scientists to study drug efficacy and toxicity from pharmacogenomic data submissions.

Tokyo-based IMMD's KeyMolnet is a next-generation bioinformatics platform for scientists to examine the relationship between genes, molecules, pathways, and drugs through multi-dimensional perspectives. ArrayTrack is a microarray data-management, -analysis, and -interpretation system.
