NEW YORK, June 9 (GenomeWeb News) - The European Patent Office has licensed sequence analysis software from QBioCom for examining patent applications, the company said yesterday.

 

The EPO will use QBioCom's MPSRCH software, which is based on the Smith-Waterman algorithm and can run on desktop compouters.
