EU Sixth Framework Announces Third Call in 2.3B-Euro Life Sciences Program | GenomeWeb

NEW YORK, May 21 (GenomeWeb News) - The European Union announced Tuesday that it will launch the third call for proposals in life sciences, genomics, and biotechnology of its Sixth Framework funding program on June 16.

The four-year FP6 program has a total budget of €17.5 billion ($21 billion), with €2.3 billion devoted to funding life sciences research.
