Emory University Licenses Thermo Electron's WorkCell Platform | GenomeWeb
NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) - Thermo Electron said today that the Molecular Libraries Screening Center at Emory University in Atlanta has purchased its HCS WorkCell cell-based analysis platform for screening small-molecule compounds against drug targets.
The platform should "more than double" the throughput of the university screening center's Chemistry-Biology Center for Drug Discovery, where it will be installed, Thermo said.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
