DNAPrint Establishes Pharma Subsidiary to Affirm Commitment to Personalized Medicine

NEW YORK, Oct. 12 (GenomeWeb News) - DNAPrint Genomics has established a subsidiary, called DNAPrint Pharmaceuticals, to focus on personalized medicine, the company said today.


DNAPrint, which develops genomics-based products and services, said it will also be seeking funding for DNAPrint Pharmaceuticals. Hector Gomez, DNAPrint's chairman and chief medical officer, said the new subsidiary "affirms" its "commitment to the development" of new drugs and tests.
