Definiens Opens US Subsidiary; Offices to be Located in Boston, Boulder

NEW YORK, Aug. 1 (GenomeWeb News) - Definiens of Munich has opened a wholly owned subsidiary of the same name in the USthat will have two offices, the company said today. The company has also added to its staff both in Europe and the US.

 

The offices will be located in Bostonand Boulder, Colo."A US-based branch will enable us to expand our presence in our most important market and demonstrates our commitment to our North American customers," said CEO Thomas Heydler in a company statement.

 

Definiens said it is currently developing new image-analysis products for life sciences and geospatial applications.
