According to DeCode, there were no disagreements with PriceWaterhouseCoopers on "any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure which disagreements, if not resolved to PwC's satisfaction, would have caused [the accounting firm] to make reference thereto in their reports on the [company's] financial statements."
PriceWaterhouseCoopers had been DeCode's accounting firm since 1996, the company said.
