Decode Files Shelf Registration for Up to $100M

NEW YORK, Dec. 6 (GenomeWeb News) - Decode said yesterday that it has filed a universal shelf registration statement with the SEC to enable the company to issue and sell debt or equity from time to time for up to $100 million.

 

Any such securities will in each case be offered pursuant to a prospectus supplement that will describe the particular terms of the offering, Decode said.
