Danaher Extends Offer for Beckman Coulter | GenomeWeb

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – Danaher announced late on Tuesday that it has extended its offer to buy Beckman Coulter to expire at midnight EDT April 27.

The offer had been set to expire at midnight EDT today. All other terms and conditions of Danaher's $6.8 billion bid for Beckman Coulter are unchanged.

The deal is expected to close during the second quarter, Danaher said.
