CuraGen Offers Additional $10M of Convertible Subordinated Notes

NEW YORK, March 17 (GenomeWeb News) - CuraGen has added $10 million of convertible subordinated notes to its initial offer of $100 million, the company said today.

 

CuraGen issued the notes as a 30-day option to initial buyers of the notes to cover over-allotments. In total, CuraGen has now sold $110 million aggregate principal amount of notes, which are due in 2011, at an interest rate of 4 percent.

 

Last month, CuraGen said that it would issue $75 million of notes.
