NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) — Clinical Data today said it will use its diagnostic technologies to help Quintiles Transnational study drug-induced QT prolongation, the company said today.
Clinical Data said it will offer several services that focus on the potential genetic causes of QT prolongation and to help Quintiles with regulatory guidelines.
Long-QT is contributes to delays in drug development and drug withdrawals.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
