ChondroGene Changes Name to GeneNews, Expects to Begin Trading on TSX By Thursday

 

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News0 - Genomics research company ChondroGene has changed its name to GeneNews, the company reported today.
 
ChondroGene announced its plans to change its name last month, after it received conditional approval to trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
 
The company said it expects to begin trading on the TSX under the symbol GEN "on or about" Thursday, Oct. 26, subject to final approval from the TSX. Its common shares will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol CDG until that time.
