Cepheid Plans to Offer 10 Million Shares in Follow-on Offering

NEW YORK, Feb. 24 (GenomeWeb News) - Cepheid plans to offer to the public 10 million shares of common stock, plus an option to purchase up to an additional 1.5 million sharees to cover over-allotments.

 

The company filed a preliminary prospectus supplement with the Securities and Exchange Commission today.

 

UBS Investment Bank is the sole book-running manager for the proposed offering, and the co-managers of the offering are William Blair & Company and Robert W. Baird & Co.
