Cepheid Files $120M Shelf Registration

NEW YORK, Feb. 6 (GenomeWeb News) - Cepheid filed a shelf registration with regulators on Friday to sell up to $120 million in common stock from time to time on terms to be determined at the time of sale.

 

The company will use proceeds from any sale to "fund future acquisitions of molecular markers and complementary products, technologies or companies," it said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
