Bruker Stockholders Approve Merger

NEW YORK, June 27 - Stockholders have approved the merger of Bruker Daltonics and Bruker AXS, the two companies said today.


Both companies held shareholder meetings today, at which the majority of stockholders voted in favor of the merger.


The combined company will be called Bruker BioSciences and is expected to begin trading under its new name and Nasdaq symbol, BRKR, on July 2.
