Bruker Secondary Offering Priced at $9.85

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – Bruker has priced a secondary offering of 13 million common shares at $9.85 per share.

The firm announced last week that it had filed for a secondary offering of 12 million shares of common stock by two members of the Laukien family — Marc Laukien and Isolde Laukien-Kleiner — not involved in the firm's business. Bruker will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of shares by these two Laukien family members.

Bruker said that the offering is expected to close on Sep. 28.

The firm's shares were up less than 1 percent at $10.11 in early Wednesday trade on the Nasdaq.
