NEW YORK, March 3 (GenomeWeb News) - Molecular Staging today said that the Broad Institute has chosen its REPLI-g whole-genome amplification technology for large-scale studies involving more than 20,000 patient samples.
Financial terms of the agreement were not provided.
According to Molecular Staging, its amplification technology can extract and amplify the entire human genome many thousand fold in a few steps. This approach is well suited for clinical research using banked patient samples, the company said.
