BioFocus Granted ISO Certification Extension for Dutch Operations

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) — Galapagos’ BioFocus DPI division today said it has received an extension of its certification from the International Standards Organization for its target discovery operations in its Leiden, the Netherlands.
 
BioFocus, which specializes in adenoviral agents and compound libraries for drug development, said the certification covers the chemical and biological research services it offers to pharma, biotech and agrochem businesses.
 
This marks an extension of an ISO certification the company’s Cambridge, UK operation received in 2003.
