NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) — Biosite said today the German Federal Cartel Office has approved a bid by Beckman Coulter to acquire the company.
 
Beckman's offer, which was approved by the US Federal Trade Commission last week, is set to expire on Friday if it does not close or is not extended.
