BD, Sanofi-Aventis License Genomatix Pathways Package

NEW YORK, July 6 (GenomeWeb News) - BD Diagnostic Systems and Sanofi-Aventis have licensed Genomatix's GenomatixSuitePE, the German software company said today.


The two companies now have access to the GenomatixSuitePE package that includes its BibliospherePE pathway database and analysis system, a database of mammalian promoter sequences, gene regulatory sequence analysis software, and the MatInspector transcription factor database and analysis package, according to Genomatix.
