NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – Becton Dickinson’s board of directors has declared a quarterly shareholder dividend of $.285 per share, the company said today.
 
The dividend will be payable on Sept. 30, to shareholders of record as of Sept. 9. The company said that its indicated annual dividend rate is $1.14 per share.
