BD Declares $.33 Dividend

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – The board of directors of Becton Dickinson has declared a quarterly dividend of $.33 per share.

The dividend is payable on Sept. 30 to shareholders of record on Sept. 9.

BD said that the indicated annual dividend rate is $1.32 per share.
